- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the chicken. Stir in fresh dill. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges, if desired.
