  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere or mozzarella (optional, for extra melt)

Preparation

    Cook the pasta according to package directions in salted water until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
